The evening will also mark an important moment as the Chamber introduces the inaugural Community Impact Leader of the Year Award, recognizing an individual whose leadership, service, or philanthropy has created lasting positive impact in the broader community.
We are especially proud to celebrate Armando Fana, who has been named the inaugural recipient of this award. His decades of commitment to public service, community development, and expanding opportunity have made a lasting impact on West Palm Beach and the surrounding community.
Recognizing both business excellence and community leadership makes this celebration particularly meaningful. At The Space Connect, we believe that strong communities are built when businesses, entrepreneurs, organizations, and leaders come together to create opportunities and move the local economy forward.
Celebrating Hispanic Business Excellence
The Avanza Business Awards will take place as part of Carnaval Palm Beaches, the Chamber’s signature celebration of Hispanic business excellence, cultural influence, and economic leadership across Palm Beach County.
Taking place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 6:30 to 10:30 PM at the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Carnaval Palm Beaches will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners for an evening featuring live music, culinary experiences, artistic expression, and the celebration of local leadership.
This year's celebration is also an opportunity to recognize the continued contributions of Hispanic businesses and leaders to the economic and civic fabric of Palm Beach County. Proceeds from Carnaval Palm Beaches will support the Chamber’s Innovation Hub, which provides mentorship, education, and resources for emerging entrepreneurs throughout the county.
For The Space Connect, being part of this celebration is a reminder of why we do what we do: to create spaces where businesses can connect, opportunities can grow, and local success can have a broader community impact.
