One of the things we were happiest to see was the participation of our members. We are seeing more engagement, more questions, and more honest conversations about the challenges business owners face when pursuing certifications, government opportunities, and contracts. That is exactly what we want.
The reality is that we cannot solve problems we do not talk about. By sharing obstacles, frustrations, and doubts, we create the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and find solutions together.
A recurring theme throughout the conversation was that success is not only about providing an excellent service. It is also about showing up, building relationships, understanding the process, and knocking on the right doors. Opportunities rarely arrive on their own. As business owners, we must actively seek them.
