On Friday, September 19, Space Connect brought together more than 30 Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) from the construction industry to learn about three major development projects in West Palm Beach: 10 City Place, 15 City Place, and West Palm Beach Point.
These projects, presented by Charisma Addams on behalf of Related Ross, in collaboration with the City of West Palm Beach, represent a significant opportunity for local businesses to be part of the city’s growth. Because these developments receive public resources, Related Ross is required to contract at least 15% of local SBEs. This commitment opens the door for small businesses to play a direct role in shaping the future of our city while securing contracts that are often difficult to access without the right information and connections.
